Thank you for choosing Uonely Solutions Private Limited. This Shipping and Delivery Policy explains how we process and deliver physical products (Marketplace items) and physical E-Cards ordered through
1. Shipment Processing Times
Standard Processing: All orders are processed within 2–3 business days.
High Volume Periods: During peak seasons or promotional sales, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.
Holidays: We do not ship or deliver orders on Sundays or public holidays.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We primarily serve customers within India.

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen logistics issues or remote locations.
3. E-Card Physical Delivery
Once your documentation is verified and your digital E-Card is activated, the Physical Uonely E-Card will be dispatched to your registered address.
You will receive a notification via SMS or Email once your card has been handed over to our courier partner.
4. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s).
The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of dispatch. You can track your package directly through our website’s "Track Order" section or the courier partner's portal.
5. Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to most pin codes across India.
If your location is in a restricted or "No-Service" zone as per our courier partners, our customer support team will contact you to discuss alternative delivery options or issue a full refund.
6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Uonely Solutions Private Limited is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order (if applicable for international shipments). All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). For domestic orders within India, GST is included in the final checkout price.
7. Damages and Missing Packages
If you receive your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods.
Contact our support team at support@uonely.com within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damage.
We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer at the time of purchase.
8. Incorrect Shipping Information
If you realize you have provided an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately at +91 22 6964 5986. If the order has already been dispatched, we may not be able to redirect it, and additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
