Refund Policy

At Uonely Solutions Private Limited, we strive to ensure our members and customers are satisfied with our services. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are provided for the E-Card Seva, Marketplace purchases, and other services offered at https://uonely.com.

1. E-Card Seva & Membership Fees

  • Registration Fees: The one-time registration or processing fee for the Uonely E-Card is generally non-refundable once the card has been generated or the digital profile has been activated.

  • Incomplete Documentation: If a registration cannot be processed due to a technical error on our part, and we are unable to resolve it within 15 working days, a full refund may be issued upon request.

  • Duplicate Payments: In the event of a technical glitch resulting in a double charge for a single E-Card registration, the duplicate amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

2. Marketplace & E-Store Products

For physical goods purchased through our Marketplace, the following rules apply:

  • Return Window: Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • Condition: Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags/seals intact.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as perishable goods, personalized items, and health/hygiene products, are not eligible for return or refund.

  • Damaged Goods: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us at support@uonely.com within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

3. Education & Digital Services

  • Course Fees: Fees paid for digital courses or educational materials are non-refundable once access to the content has been granted.

  • Service Appointments: Fees for consultations or specific real estate services may be cancelled with a full refund if the cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service time.

4. Refund Process

Once your return or refund request is received and inspected:

  1. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund via email.

  2. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment.

  3. Timeline: Please allow 7 to 10 working days for the credit to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.

5. Cancellations

  • Product Orders: You may cancel an order from the Marketplace only before it has been dispatched. Once the "Shipped" status is reached, the order cannot be cancelled, but it may be returned according to our return policy.

  • Membership: You may choose not to renew your membership at any time; however, partial refunds for the remaining term of an active membership are not provided.

6. Shipping Costs

  • Unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong or defective item), the customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning items.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
