1. Return Eligibility (Marketplace Products)
For physical products purchased through our E-Store/Marketplace, you have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
The item must be in its original packaging.
You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned:
Personalized/Customized Goods: Items made specifically for you.
Perishable Goods: Food, flowers, or newspapers/magazines.
Health & Personal Care: Items like face masks, innerwear, or opened hygiene products.
Digital Products: Downloadable software, e-books, or activated digital coupons.
E-Card Membership: Once an E-Card has been digitally generated or physically printed with your unique details, it is considered a personalized service and is non-returnable.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
Email support@uonely.com with your Order ID and clear photos/videos of the damage.
We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact Support: Email us at support@uonely.com or call +91 22 6964 5986 to request a Return Authorization.
Pack the Item: Securely pack the product in its original box.
Pickup/Shipping: * In some areas, we may offer a reverse-pickup service.
If pickup is not available, you will be responsible for shipping the item back to our warehouse. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Inspection and Approval
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If approved: We will initiate a refund to your original payment method (Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, etc.).
If rejected: If the item is found to be used or damaged by the user, it will be sent back to you, and no refund will be issued.
6. Exchange Policy
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item (e.g., a different size if applicable), send us an email at support@uonely.com.
